My go to for an excellent falafel. Still, even after at least one ownership change (from the original owner Mike to his cousin), and possibly now a second since the night I visited after nearly a year away none of the "regular" staff were working.
The falafel wrap is superb. It's a counter-style place and you work your way down the line saying yes or no to options (tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, tzatziki, etc) to get just what your looking for. The salads are prepared the same way, so each time can be a different experience.
The line moves quickly and the food prep surface is kept SCRUPULOUSLY clean. I've been coming here for years and have never noticed any cross contamination either (no tabouli dropping into to yoghurt or vice versa). Prices remain good. -

Fantastic falafel. Also they have curly fries!
I've gotten various version of the chicken wraps and they are good. The chicken is a little dry but the sauces are delicious. Affordable, can have a long line, always hits the spot. -

I'm not quite sure what the hype is about this place. I've been here twice because I really like middle eastern food and I genuinely wanted to like this place. The food tastes okay. It tastes really healthy which I like but the two menu items I got were just bleh. The ingredients didn't go well together to make it really stand out above any other middle eastern place I've had. The service here is also just okay. They seem like they are in a rush to take your order. When you ask a question, they are just one worded answers. They don't really give you much description on anything.
If you're going down Thayer street and looking for a place to eat, walk past this place and go to bajas or Chinatown. You won't be disappointed with them. -

The falafel is huge. We ask them to cut it in half and it feeds 2 people. The falafel salad is good too, just an unconstructed falafel with all the toppings. I always get a falafel with everything but onion. My only complaint is that the laffa is a bit tough. This is a pita wrap, not a pita pocket, in spite of the name! The guys behind the counter can be curt, but face it, self absorbed college students are their usual customers. I find that if you smile at them they are very pleasant in return.

Incredibly good and true to the reviews! We got here a bit before lunch hour so we were lucky with the line up, though I have a feeling it may get packed during certain times of the day. Service is super fast though and the lines moves pretty quickly.
My friend and I both ordered the falafel sandwiches on whole wheat and regular pita respectively.
Chicken here is NOT halal, but the kibbeh is halal.
The wrap was amazing, falafel crispy and flavorful, sauces incredible and tomatoes/fattoush salad fresh and yummy!
Altogether it's a great option of you're in the area, definitely not to be missed!
